We invite you to take part in III “GrainLogistics 2023: grain and oilseed exports logistics” conference which will take place on April 27-28, 2023 in Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Novorossiysk, on Black Sea coast.

Last year conference was attended by more than 250 delegates what makes “GrainLogistics” one of the most prestigious and important events for those who are connected with grain and oilseed export in Russia. In new season, we will return to the most problematic logistics issues, as the degree of development and accessibility of transport infrastructure will remain a determining factor for Russia's export opportunities.

On the “GrainLogistics 2023: grain and oilseed exports logistics” conference we will discuss current situation on grain market and futher prospects for agro export development. Also we will assess Russian grain and oilseeds export potential in new season; we will learn about new rules of international trade in Russian grain; we will talk about export capacities development in the Black Sea, Azov, Caspian, Don and Volga regions; we will discuss grain cargo logistics problems under sanctions.

After the conference, it will be a traditional evening reception – Grain Gala Diner in the country winery "Chateau Pinot" restaurant (300m above sea level). A new, exclusive gastronomic program is waiting for the participants, which will be prepared by an eminent chef especially for the participants of the "GrainLogistics". Dishes will be served accompanied by the best wines of this winery, which have been included in prestigious Russian and international ratings.

On the second day, for new business contacts consolidations in an informal atmosphere, a lunch will be organized for the conference participants at the Semigorye Manor winery in BBQ Party style. Informal communication with colleagues and friends, southern hospitality and beautiful music are waiting for you. 1st day. Conference

10.00–11.30 Analytic session.
"Russian grain and oilseeds export potential in the new season".

During the session, next issues will be discussed:
  • Russian grain: trends in the main sales markets (Africa, Middle East, Asian markets)
  • 2022/2023 season promising markets and their features;
  • international situation: impact on markets and trade;
  • admission to new markets: phytosanitary standards and Russian exports;
  • fat and oil products market: trends and prospects for export.

11.30–12.00 Coffee break. Meetings, acquaintances, negotiations.

12.00–13.30. Financial session. "New rules of Russian grain international trade".

During the session, next issues will be discussed:
  • export operations financing and hedging;
  • grain futures trading through the Russian banking infrastructure;
  • export insurance under sanctions;
  • transfer of grain export trade to exchange mechanisms with payment in rubles.

13.30-15.00 Lunch. Meetings, acquaintances, negotiations.

15.00-16.14. Discussion session. "Restraining factors of Russian exports".

During the session, next issues will be discussed:
  • tariff policy of grain and oil filling terminals;
  • situation on the freight market and fleet shortage problem;
  • sanctions policy impact on Russian agricultural products export.

16.15-16.45 Coffee break. Meetings, acquaintances, negotiations.

16.45–18.00. Infrastructure session.
"Port development and fleet construction: what strategy will allow Russia to ensure grain exports?".

During the session, next issues will be discussed:
  • fate of new infrastructure projects in the Baltic and the Caspian;
  • deep-sea oil filling terminals shortage problem;
  • railway approaches to the ports of the South of Russia development issues;
  • new dry cargo fleet construction problems.

2nd day. Excursion.

The program includes a sightseeing tour of the Black Sea coast with a visit to one of the most impressive Russian wineries, as well as a Grain BBQ Party – lunch at the Semigorye Manor winery with local author's wines and dishes from farm products on the fresh air from one of the top grill chefs of the Black Sea region.

The second day will allow you to consolidate new business relations, meet with long-time partners and "recharge the batteries" before the new grain season.
